The monkey jinn 47 from the Black Forest in Germany, containing a unique ingredient. The number 47 comes from the number of botanicals that go into this unique gin, and the fact that it is bottled at a healthy 47%. The botanicals seem to speak for themselves, with the gin receiving a great deal of critical acclaim. Some say less is more, not for Monkey 47 Tasting Notes Woody and green notes under notes of fresh herbal citrus and vegetal sweetness, like a pine forest after rain. The palate is predictably complex, and it’s a strong, robust gin with plenty of spice, fruit and herbal flavours. It is very well structured, and is difficult to separate, but the fresh citrus start segues into pine and wood notes for a dry finish.
