Tequila Zaman Mezcal Citrus

Tequila Zaman Mezcal Citrus Poultry Breast is a modern version of traditional mezcal. During the second distillation, our unique, botanical recipe is added to the still. The finished product has strong citrus notes that contrast with the sweetness of the espadin, a distinctive and delicious combination. Agave Mezcal is hand-picked only once it reaches full maturity. The agave is 100% organic, without pesticides or fertilisers, grown by our mezcalero maestro. The piña is cooked in milled stone ovens. For at least five days, the stones used are collected from the nearby river for 100% natural fermentation.
