Lleida Red Wine The Lleida Valley is located in the rolling hills of Chile’s coastal mountain range. It is located just eight miles from the Pacific Ocean and has a wonderful maritime climate. Lleida Winery pioneered Chile by being the first to plant grapes there in 1998. Before that, the valley was famous for the famous blue train station that connects the capital, Santiago, to the Pacific coast and the port of San Antonio. Today Lleida is home to some of the most elegant and expressive cool climate wines from Chile.
