Bayou Silver Rum

Bayou Silver Rum is a hand-distilled product from fresh sugar cane grown locally in Louisiana. Our signature recipe uses 100% single-ply molasses produced by the oldest family-owned and operated sugar mill in the United States. We then hand-distill each batch using copper pot stills and age them in 200L bourbon and sherry casks. This is artisanal spirit making at its finest Tasting Notes Light aromas of vanilla and banana, with hints of sweet cream, vanilla bean and a light touch of honeysuckle nectar.
