Bayou Selects Rum

Bayou Selects Rum is a product hand distilled from fresh sugar cane grown locally in Louisiana. Our signature recipe uses 100% single-ply molasses produced by the oldest family-owned and operated sugar mill in the United States. We then hand-distill each batch using copper pot stills and age them in 200L bourbon and sherry casks.
