Arak Al-Rahah Arak Al-Rawaa is a traditional small-batch arak triple-distilled, made from purified grape alcohol and blended with the finest organic green anise. The arak is first distilled using a small inbeki still, then aged for at least 12 months in porous clay vessels, which were handcrafted in the mountain village of Beit Chabab 2,000 years ago. The result is a distinctive, luxurious flavor that we like to call “R.”
1- Mix two-thirds of arak al-rih with two-thirds of water. Make sure to add the arrack first.
2-Add ice cubes.
3- Decorate with a mint leaf.
Note: Place the leaf on one palm and gently stroke it with the other hand, this warms the mint and releases some of its essential oils for a more flavorful aroma in your sweat cup.
